Where are you located?

Are the photos included in your pricing?

Yes! In most cases, digitals are included. Prints can be purchased from your gallery.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We know how important it is to get those moments captured before time goes by. We can do a consult to figure out what works best for your budget and split it into payments. A deposit will be required to hold your date/time on the calendar.

Do you help with posing and clothing?

Yes! We've been doing this a long time and know all the best angles. When you book your date, we can begin planning looks for your session.

Are the people on your page models?

Most of the people in our galleries are paying clients. That is why you see so much variety. We shoot what the client wants!

Do you shoot outside/natural light?

Yes! We do many shoots outside all around the Treasure Valley. We even travel for the right gig.

Can we rent the studio with our own photographer?

Yes! Though the studio is private, and not open to the general public, we do rent it out to photographers to shoot in. We also rent it out for classes and more!

How long does it take to get my photos?

The typical turnaround for most sessions is approximately two weeks. Usually, it's less, but we would rather over-deliver.

Do you provide hair and makeup?

We do not have an in-house makeup/hair artist, but we have a list of professionals to provide you that are great at on-camera makeup.

Do you give the RAW photos?

Absolutely not. Even though we take really great photos straight from the camera, the whole purpose of hiring us is to get the full package deal which includes skin retouching and creating a look for you, etc. Editing is all part of the process.

What happens if we are late to our shoot?

On the day of your session, you should show up at the scheduled time. If you are late, you risk losing your session and your money. We book sessions back-to-back and cannot extend sessions. If you know you'll be late and let us know, you might be able to reschedule, but you will most likely need to pay another deposit.

Do you do mini sessions?

Nope. We put in a lot of work at our sessions, editing time after, and provide a lot of pictures. We don't put in any less work just because the session time is a little less.

Do you sell prints?

Absolutely! We sell all sorts of prints and products. Canvas, metal, wood frames, many paper types, etc. Also, clothing, phone cases and so much more. Make sure to click on VISIT SHOP within your gallery to see all of the options available!

How do I access my photos?

If you paid for a session, and your photos are all done, you should have received and email with a link to your gallery. You most likely also received a password to view and download the photos. Make sure your password is typed exactly how it was sent to you in the email.
